Trouble are getting ready for the studio to begin work on the tentatively-titled The Dark Riff, the first studio album to featuring new singer
Kory Clarke (WARRIOR SOUL).
According to a recent band update, "we have been making preliminary recordings and working out things in order to bring the best possible
Trouble release. Extremely happy with the direction of the songs. Heavy and melodic are the words that describe this work."
The band are working on fourteen new songs and according to a previous update,
"Bruce (Franklin) and
Rick (Wartell) have brought some massive, killer riff to the sessions that are sure to please any Trouble fan. The band seems to be clicking on all cylinders now, and there no end in sight. This is definitely going to be worth the wait!"
